Charters are subject to wind, tide, weather conditions, and mechanical safety, and are operated at the sole discretion of Luxury Yacht Charters (Fiji) Pte Limited (trading as Big Blue Fiji) and Grand Bleu (Fiji) PTE Limited in the interests of the safety and welfare of the passengers, vessel, and crew. In the unlikely event of us needing to cancel a charter due to weather conditions, we will endeavour to reschedule to the closest date available. We therefore suggest that, when booking your flights, you opt for flexible flights and always include travel insurance. Cancelled charters will not be refunded but a letter for insurance companies will be provided.

A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the final balance due 60 days before departure (or full payment if booking within 60 days).

When booking, provide your preferred travel dates with some flexibility if possible, number of guests (maximum 6 for overnight, 20 for day charters), type of experience desired (diving, fishing, honeymoon, family adventure, etc.), any dietary requirements or allergies, specific interests or must-do activities, accommodation preferences if traveling before/after charter, and any special occasions being celebrated. The more detail you provide, the better Big Blue Fiji can customise your perfect Fijian sailing experience and provision the boat appropriately.

Can Big Blue Fiji arrange airport transfers and accommodation?
Yes, Big Blue Fiji arranges all transfers to and from the catamaran including pickups from Nadi, Denarau, and Coral Coast hotels, transfers to/from Nadi international and domestic airports, and pickup/drop-off at any resort in the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands aboard the catamaran. While Big Blue Fiji focuses on charter experiences, they can provide recommendations for pre- or post-charter accommodation and may assist with arrangements.
