“Words can barely express how much we loved our week-long charter on the Aparima (name of the boat) with Big Blue Fiji. We just got back from a one-week charter and is was simply incredible. This was our second week-long charter with Big Blue Fiji, and it was just as good as the first. Everything was perfect: the food was spectacular, the boat is amazing, the diving and snorkeling incredible, the hospitality incomparable.
In particular if you are a diver, it is super rare to be able to charter a catamaran with your own private divemaster. Joe has been a divermaster in this region for over 15 years. He knows the reefs, and tailor the dives to your interests and abilities. We actually got our daughters open-water certified with Joe five years ago. He is super patient, super fun, and very attentive.
Make sure you let them know in advance what you want to eat and what you want to drink, because they need to provision the boat in advance. It's so effortless: they arrange to have you picked up at the airport, and everything from there is included, no other planning necessary. We snorkeled, dove, hiked, paddle-boarded, wake-boarded, fished, and relaxed.
We are already planning our next trip with Joe, Laura and Aselah. They are amazing.”

“The most amazing trip ever! Our family had so much fun, adventure, relaxation, amazing food, fishing, and family time . We also got to see so many islands in beautiful Fiji. We laughed with Captain Joe and Laura at dinner till we cried. Laura is an amazing cook! George and Jerry are so fun to go on adventures with, they even taught my kids how to ski surf behind the boat (lots of patience) . Joe helped me get over my nerves with snorkeling. We felt like we left family behind in the end but we know we made friends ♥️🥥🌴”

“It was well worth the 3 years of COVID cancellations to realise this dream family week. We were seriously impressed with Laura’s variety (and volume) of gourmet offerings every day. On top of that, despite the looming cyclonic rain and winds, Joe, Jerry and George found safe anchorages and fully satisfied our families’ broad range of activity interests. We snorkelled crystal aquarium-like reefs, dived amazing pinnacles with swim throughs, and drift-dived a stunning ledge, swam on secluded sand bars (and sipped cocktails on some too), frolicked, explored islands and hiked to awesome views, photograhed amazing wildlife, and Emily sailed circles around “Big Blue” on a long down-winder on her wing foil between islands.”

“A day of snorkeling ,swimming and seeing the sandbar and islands. Joe and the others took such great care of the 12 of us. We were a family of 8 adults and 4 children 10-5 years of age. The lunch was the best bbq sausage ,chicken ,shrimp, salads,crackers,cheese,fresh fruit and so much more you couldn't eat it all. And lots to drink! We mainly were into water and soda but they had tons of beer and wine spritz you wouldn't run out :). We had the best day one to remember ! Thank to Joe and the crew!”
